The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to the island, restaurants, shops, and a beach area in the high season. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, they are always smiling. The rooms are modern and practical, equipped with central heating, television, and a microwave oven.

Location: the hotel was really close to the Brunswick County beaches and restaurants. I had quick lunch at Taco Bell, located quite a walk from the venue. The room was functional and recently refurbished, with a great decor. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I also had central heating, television and a microwave oven.

The location is fantastic, free parking is a big plus. Plenty of dining choices within walking distance. - the bed is exceptionally comfortable. - the bathroom is fairly clean. - Room amenities include a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave.

The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The staff are exceptionally nice. The breakfast is complimentary and very good. The rooms are neat and have convenient amenities like a flat-screen TV, climate control, and a microwave. A marvelous location that would make me want to come back again.

The staff was exceptional. There was a problem with our booking, they did not have our reservation from Booked.net, however, Melissa and Kimberly were more than gracious in rectifying the problem and making sure we were happy. The beaches were close by. We will definitely stay here again!! And refer friends.....

The hotel was reasonably spacious with a comfy location not far from Southport and beaches. The room was brand-new and had a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a fridge. The staff was well managed. The beds were comfortable. Everything was simply nice.

This is in a great, central location. It was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Very family friendly.

The room was not cleaned during our stay. We had to hunt down the maids to get new towels or to get them to take our trash. We were told by employee admission that they aren't supposed to clean occupied rooms.
